I’ve been a longtime user of CSGORoll, but the recent overhaul is nothing short of a betrayal. What was once an enjoyable experience with reasonable daily rewards has turned into a greedy cash grab.Here’s what’s gone wrong:Daily Rewards System RuinedThe “dailies” have been massively nerfed. Users now have to re-level up every 30 days just to claim a box, and the drop rate for anything valuable is insultingly low. Many feel the system is now designed to extract money, not reward loyalty. Rakeback Is MisleadingThe new “ascend” or prestige system comes with promises of rakeback, but the payout is tiny — nowhere near what was communicated. Several long-term users report they’re basically paying more to get less. Performance IssuesThe site has gotten much more laggy. Features that used to work smoothly now freeze or become unresponsive.Forced Grinding to Stay CompetitiveThis update feels less about improving the user experience and more about forcing you to grind or deposit just to maintain your old level or earn anything of value. What used to be a fun reward loop now feels like an endless treadmill. Broken Promises on Crypto WithdrawalsThey’ve repeatedly promised crypto withdrawal options, but still nothing works reliably. For a platform that claims to be modern and forward-facing, this is a major letdown. Transparency & Communication IssuesTheir “Open Message to Our Community” tries to frame all the backlash as malicious competitor attacks, but the core of user anger is legitimate. The blog post tries to play down the scale of the issues. Conclusion:CSGORoll’s new update is a massive step backwards. Instead of rewarding longtime users, they’ve made the site grindier, less fun, and frankly, more exploitative. It feels like a cash grab disguised as “improvement.” Unless they revert or significantly improve this new reward system, I can’t in good faith recommend depositing there anymore.And on top of all of that... They like to call their loyal customers 'Leeches'. This alone should be a reason to never ever do a deposit again. The real leech here is not the customer but CSGORoll trying to leech more and more of their loyal customers.
This site lost the only thing that kept players coming back. The new reward system is terrible. The updates soul purpose was to get people to drop rank and give basically nothing in return. The level up rewards should have been retroactive ATLEAST! I would deposit a few times a month but now I will be going elsewhere.
I have been playing on this site since probably 2020 or earlier. Since I started the dailies have basically been the same and its been what most players have joined the site for in the first place, quality rakeback from a lot of losing. Recently the site made it so that you have to level up, and you only have 30 days worth of rewards to do so. I think this maneuver was meant to have people deposit more money which just comes off as greedy and relentless from a site that never lost any money due to its player to player trading system, and people arent dumb enough to fall for it like the owners originally thought. Update is horrible and will hopefully be the downfall of this site
The old reward system worked, it kept people returning and somewhat happy with the 'rake back'. Now, the greedy website owners are taking all rewards away in about a month. You have to wager an ungodly amount of money to get rake back/rewards. After the month is up, you have a small chance to MAYBE get a reward assuming you did not level up. Levelling up can take hundreds, if not thousands of dollars depending on your level.The website is also extremely laggy. The website gets stuck loading, case battles freeze, etc. You can pay money to gamble and then not be able to watch the outcome of your bet due to debilitating lag. If you are looking for somewhere to gamble CSGO wise or whatever direction CSGORoll takes in the future stay away from this website. Go to any other website. The updates that take place do not benefit the users or the existing problems with the website are fully ignored.
Used to be great — now there’s no reason to returnI’ve been on this site since 2018 and visited it every single day. The daily cases were the only real reason to keep coming back, and they motivated me to deposit a few times each month just to slowly work my way up.But now that this system has been taken away and replaced with something far worse, the site has basically lost the one thing that made it worth visiting at all. There’s no sense of progression, no real reward for long-term loyalty, and no reason for me to continue depositing or even checking in daily.After years of consistent support, it’s disappointing to see the platform move in a direction that pushes long-time users away. Until they bring back meaningful daily rewards, this site offers nothing of value to me anymore.
