I’m reiterating my thoughts on this site as my previous review was deleted. I tested the chips feature, expecting to wager my deposited balance, but I found out that I had to wager more than twice the amount due to the promo code conditions. I learned this from the support team, who had no idea where I could find this information. It feels like customers are left in the dark about these conditions, making it seem like the service is not taking us seriously or is simply unorganized.
This is the worst site I've encountered. The only thing that kept users here was the daily rewards, which they have now removed. The constant lag is unbearable. I recommend going elsewhere, like other gambling platforms. As soon as I receive my remaining rewards, I will never return to this site.
It's been nothing but lies. This platform has consistently failed in many areas, including poor connectivity, inadequate customer service, lack of transparent information, continuous delays, and unsatisfactory Q&A regarding new policies.
My account has finally been closed, and this site is the most rigged I've ever encountered. It lags and just takes your money without giving you a fair chance. I hope everyone stops using it and that it goes bankrupt; they don't deserve any more money after their greedy actions.
