The representative in booth #6 exemplifies courtesy and is always ready to assist with any questions I have. She is truly an essential part of the team's success, just like her two coworkers in booths #5 and #4. These women are invaluable assets to the company. Thank you all!
I visit the local center in Hazel Crest twice a week, and the lead phlebotomist is a major reason for my return. Her kindness and warm smile create a welcoming atmosphere that makes each visit enjoyable. She is highly skilled in her role and takes the time to provide excellent recovery tips post-donation. It's evident that she genuinely cares about the donors. I highly recommend her!

Not only is she highly skilled, but she also offers great recovery advice after my donation. It's clear she truly cares about the donors. I highly recommend her!
From my initial visit to my current donation, of which I have completed 143, the professionalism and expertise of the staff at the New Hope location are remarkable. Despite the high volume of donations they handle daily, there is a consistent environment of respect and courtesy among the team. One gentleman exemplifies leadership and respect towards his fellow phlebotomists, making a strong impression. The donation experience is attentive, taking about 35 minutes and is virtually pain-free. I highly recommend this donation center.
The location in Vancouver has significantly declined. After returning from travel, I noticed a lack of urgency, broken machines, and chronic understaffing. Another location I visited is much better, with staff who seem to work more urgently. In Vancouver, it’s common to see only a couple of people handling vitals and only one on the main floor. My best experience was at another location, where the staff was more efficient and numerous.
The staff is slow and inadequately trained, leading to long wait times without any sense of urgency. I've been waiting for over two hours with no beds available. Now I need to see a doctor for a minor bruise they caused. I’ve donated before with much worse bruising.
Another frustrating day at screening. I arrived at 3:15 PM with three people in line. Now, at 3:54 PM, there are still two people ahead of me and more behind. Some staff seem to be on breaks during peak hours, leaving everyone in line confused about the delays. This is typical for this location.
I have donated at various locations over many years, but this was the worst experience. I was threatened by another donor for not allowing him to cut in line. The staff seemed to favor him, letting him go ahead without proper checks. I have never faced racial issues before, but this incident made me feel very uncomfortable. I plan to escalate this to corporate.
