A complete scam. Waited a month and still no package came - they couldn’t provide any tracking rather kept responding that they contacted FedEx to provide a tracking number and will tell me when they got one. I spoke directly to FedEx and they said they do not do that and if a company actually ships a package they get the tracking number then. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Do not buy from this company.

Unacceptably slow and unresponsive service.

This platform is the most inefficient I have ever encountered. It's 2026, yet their operational speed is disappointingly slow. I waited over 48 hours for a response, and now three days have passed with no reply. I've been waiting more than a week for my order to ship, and it is still marked as 'processing'. I attempted to cancel the order, but received no response to that either. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable for any online business. If this is how the service operates, it's hard to see how they will remain competitive in the future.

The most frustrating website experience I've had...

This website is the most frustrating I have ever encountered. It's 2026, yet the speed of operations is shockingly slow. I waited over 48 hours for a response, and now three days have passed with no reply. I've been waiting more than a week for my order to ship, and it remains marked as 'processing'. I attempted to cancel the order, but there has been no response to that as well. Such inefficiency is unacceptable for an online business. If this is how the company operates, it's hard to imagine them being competitive in the future.

Long wait to learn my order couldn't be fulfilled

I ordered a bike helmet for delivery to Australia. The website claims shipping notifications are sent within 3-5 business days. On the 7th business day, I had to reach out, only to receive a generic email stating it should ship in 4-6 business days. Two weeks after placing my order, I finally got an email saying they couldn't fulfill my order. I give one star for processing the refund.

I placed my order on 2.12.2025, received confirmation, paid by card, and now nobody is responding. I have not received my order. This feels like a scam!

Concerns about potential scam or poor management...

I have concerns that this might be either a scam or a poorly managed online store. I ordered ski goggles at a competitive price—not too cheap to raise suspicions. I only received an order confirmation, and that was it. The item was advertised as ready for immediate shipping, with delivery expected by mid-December. After a week, I received no updates or shipment, and the item was suddenly listed as out of stock. I tried to contact them to cancel my order since I needed it quickly, but received no response. Even after opening a PayPal dispute, I heard nothing back. Fortunately, I got my money refunded. Until they can demonstrate reliable customer service and efficient order fulfillment, I would be cautious about using this platform.

Order placed, but no communication since

I placed an order with this company two weeks ago and aside from the confirmation email, I have heard nothing. No shipping details have been provided, and while they have taken my payment, I haven't received the item. I have tried reaching out through several emails and phone calls, but there has been no response. No one answers the phone. I'm starting to feel like I've been scammed. They have a social media page, but there have been no updates since August 2025. I just don't understand why they won't communicate with me. Does anyone have any insight or experience with them?
