It is a great product. I have tried loads of things ointments and different knee straps this has been like having two new knees. I just wear straps if I am climbing ladders or steps on outdoor jobs.. I worked from being 15 delivering bread and cakes and played football till I was 42 so I expected to have dore knees like my father told me But as I say this cream is a miracle worker. Thank you so much. I don't use it very often now only if doing or going to do long walk around wild life park at Doncaster 😊

Firstly ignore the saddo individuals who slag off this product. A year ago I had a total knee replacement and decided that despite its success could not go through it all again with my other knee. So like all those who read Trustpilot I have been searching for a product that would go some way to achieving this aim. I received my order 10 days ago and have religiously applied the product 2 or 3 times a day(normally after a bath as recommended) WELL, there has been a remarkable improvement in my knee health. The pain has not totally gone yet but it is early days. I RECOMMEND GIVING THIS PRODUCT A CHANCE but heat the knee first and apply first in the morning and last thing at night.
