Mark and Andy from the Roofing team came to clean the gutters above my window at Meadow Court, Bath. With the leaves in winter and heavy rain, thick moss falling from the roof and more heavy rain!!!...the gutters kept overflowing down the wall It was a Chinese torture of water pouring onto the water butt below...very bad for the building and very unpleasant for me! Thanks to Andy Hall, Manager, for sending... and Mark and Andy for their good work in sorting the problem.
