Ich bedaure den Kauf schon, bevor ich es ausgepackt habe: - Das Produkt stammt aus einem anderen Land und riecht bereits vor dem Auspacken nach Chemikalien. Zum Vergleich: Kissen von anderen Anbietern haben keinen Geruch.
- Der Versand hat 6 Wochen gedauert! Nur allgemeine Antworten vom Kundenservice erhalten.
- Das "Paket" war kein richtiges Paket; die Tasche, in der das Kopfkissen verpackt war, war lediglich in eine dünne weiße "Fleecefolie" gewickelt – eingerissen und teilweise offen. KEIN KARTON (!!!) Ich werde das Produkt den zuständigen Behörden melden, da der Import in die EU aufgrund fehlender Deklaration eigentlich verboten ist.
The item was shipped from overseas. The tracking number indicates it has been delivered after weeks, but there is no information on where it was delivered or which transport company handled it. I need to know the location of my package or I want a refund!
I ordered two pillows with matching covers, and it took about 14 days to arrive in Germany. After two weeks of use, I’m very satisfied with the pillow; it offers much better spinal support than my old one, and I've noticed an improvement in my posture. The foam is just right for support. However, I’m not fully satisfied with the pillowcase, as it feels a bit rough on my skin and is not very durable. It’s also limited in washing options, which complicates my laundry routine. While I recommend the pillow, I will use a more comfortable cotton cover instead.
Be cautious, as there is no return policy for this seller in certain countries. It has been a frustrating experience to try to get normal service standards. I received the wrong color and a stained item, and when attempting to return it, I only received automated responses without a return address for over two months. The second item I ordered never arrived, and I was still charged for it while being forced to keep the first one. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.
