Had an issue with Australia post not updating tracking information but Current Body were straight onto it and let me know they were keeping an eye on it. As soon as a reached out to check on the status they re-sent my parcel with express postage and free hydrogel masks to apologise for the delay. I haven’t owned the LED mask long enough to see results as of yet, but customer service was great!
