Terrible experience at the local branch...

My experience at the local branch was extremely disappointing. I needed a basic teller service and ended up waiting for over an hour. Despite the low number of customers, many representatives were just sitting idle at their desks. When I approached the branch manager, she was unhelpful and mentioned that her colleagues were on break, unable to provide an estimated wait time. She didn't apologize and simply walked away without resolving my issue. This was the most unprofessional service I've ever encountered at a bank.

The least recommended bank

This is the least recommended bank. I strongly advise against using this service. My experiences have been overwhelmingly negative, especially with the mobile banking app, which has technical issues most of the time.

Unsatisfactory support

I wish I could give zero stars. This bank has the worst support. I had to wait on the line for an hour without any assistance. It feels like stepping back in time, as you have to visit the branch for even the simplest issues. Unprofessional and very disappointing.

Money transfer nightmare

My friend sent me money from abroad to my account, but since June 13th, 2025, I still haven't received it. I call customer support daily, but they haven't resolved the issue. They only say they'll follow up. This has been the worst experience ever with poor communication from the staff.
