I order the black knit last April and it has been my go to sweater since. The quality is amazing and I’ve actually gotten multiple compliments when wearing it. I just order a navy knit in January and I can’t wait to receive it!
Knew that shipping would take a while due to the fact that it was through pre order but the quality did NOT disappoint when it came in. The mega sweatsuit is by far my favourite piece from uptus I wear it all the time. I order other items from the site (not through pre order) and shipping wasn’t an issue.
I purchased two knit items, one in October and another in November, and neither of them has arrived.Their Instagram keeps sending generic “production and shipping updates,” but the delivery deadlines advertised on the site were long exceeded.I contacted them by email to request a refund, but after reading many similar reviews from other customers, I honestly do not expect any response.Very disappointing experience. This is a scam. Do not recommend.
I ordered to knits for my son for Christmas on December 4th and I have still not received anything. I got an email immediately thanking me for the order - and saying that they would get it ready to be shipped. And then...nothing. They only have a support email address and I have been writing them, but with no response. I will not recommend buying from them. Should've checked Trustpilot, as I can see, that others have dealt with the same problem.
