Staff very polite

Staff (Mona) was her name and she was very polite , and not pushy. Went through everything clear and positive, anything I wasn’t sure of was explained and not rushed at any stage.

Absolutely 0 customer service

My package arrived badly wrapped and battered - like it’d been dropped and thrown multiple times. It was a switch 2 - at £400+ I’d expect it to be packaged in more than a plastic bag! I contacted customer service and got put through to an advisor who was completely unhelpful and barely spoke English / was reading from a script. I now have to travel to a shop to get this resolved myself as I don’t trust the console to be in a good condition.

Why purchase a net book

Having spoken to the staff on net books, who was extremely knowledgeable, I was furnished with the product that met my needs. As a disabled customer all staff I encountered were above and beyond helpful. Would definitely purchase from them again

Currys do not verify emails entered by customers, so they end up sending a huge amount of spam emails to people who have never opted in for it.
