Absolutely shocking service from Curry's. Ordered a Hoover Washer / Dryer and installation. It was delivered and installed 3 days (yesterday)later but on installation, the inlet pipe hadn't been tightened sufficiently and caused a large leak in my kitchen, ruining the flooring and damaging all the items in the cupboard. Someone came out to check the installation again following day (today) and noticed the drum wasn't emptying as it should and told me to call Currys to arrange a replacement.
Currys customer service were extremely unhelpful and advised me to contact Hoover. Hoover advised it was still Currys responsibility, so I went back to Currys who again refused to help me. I even asked to be connected to a supervisor and the agent refused! I am just going around in circles between customer service agents trying to get a replacement machine that was delivered faulty in addition to the water damage caused by the inlet pipe not being tightened correctly on installation by Currys. Would not recommend

Helpful and went beyond to help me with a problem caused by their customer services.
Customer services are unhelpful and ignorant.
Definitely caused the problems and kept making things worse.
Fantastic in the Llandudno shop but badly let down by their own Customer Services.
Dealing with them was very stressful for me and went on for several day.

I needed a new fridge freezer as mine was faulty. The ordering process was very easy, with an acknowledgement sent straight away. The delivery was within the timeslot, and the driver rang me 10 minutes before to advise when they would be there. A really lovely couple of guys. My only complaint is that I had paid for my old unit to be taken away, but they hadn't been notified of that. However, they very quickly said, no problem, and they took it away for me. I'm very pleased with my new appliance, lovely looking, a good size and works well.

Made an online purchase and did not get sent an email with proof of purchase. Have had to contact customer services numerous times via telephone and their webchat who are useless, repeat the same sentence to wait up to 48 hours and still unresolved. Informed can't post this out either.

Bought an Electric Oven and it arrived in good time. Sadly they were unable to fit it through no fault of Curry's, it was our wiring. They still delivered it, turned our gas supply off so it was safe and took the old one away. We have now sorted our own issue and had it installed by a different electrician. Curry's refunded the full £ 125 installation charge with no issues. Great service and happy with our oven.

I recently purchased a MAG 271QPX QD-OLED E2 from Currys and so far it is the best gaming monitor I have ever owned and I didn't have to brake the bank for it either. The colour on the monitor is amazing and makes gaming a much better experience. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I would highly recommend buying this monitor from Currys.
