Would highly recommend Gillies in Perth. I visited the flooring section and was assisted by a very patient and helpful Mr Billy Dow. I was very undecided with what would work with my colour scheme and his advice was greatly appreciated. Very pleased with my purchase and my sister also purchased a rug with Billy’s help. Will certainly purchase again
I went into Gillies Perth to buy a new sofa for my sitting room and was assisted by Ruaridh Cruickshank on two occasions. He was very helpful and polite, answered all my questions and helped with measuring and fabric colour choice. I did not feel he was in any way pushy and allowed me to sit on various sofas so that I could choose the most comfortable sofa without being rushed. I bought a sofa, armchair and footstool and a small rug from the carpet department. My experience was very positive and I enjoyed being served by him.
Unfortunately the chair which was delivered was not the same as the one we had ordered 16 weeks ago, much to our disappointment.However, once the mistake had been realised a couple of phone calls and a suitable solution has been offered and accepted.Another long wait, but this time hopefully the correct chair will arrive. (Fingers crossed.)These things happen, but it has been dealt with in prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
The lovely friendly and polite delivery drivers who kindly helped me moving things. They didn’t bat an eyelid when I asked them if they could help me out. My husband had needed to go overseas at short notice so wasn’t here to prepare for their arrival. Thank you very much, but very sorry that I have antisocial cats who weren’t keen on saying hello to new visitors. Thanks again
From the moment that the Gillies van pulled up outside our house and one of the men walked up our driveway wishing me a good morning I knew we were receiving a very good service. The two delivery men were very polite and professional and carried out their work carefully. The furniture was placed in the room with no problems whatsoever.
From start to finish yet again Gillies you have delivered on promises and quality For delivery i was kept informed at all times and the delivery team were courteous, respectful and lovely. The whole experience of shopping with you is flawless and highlights the reason. I am a repeat customer of many years.
