Horrible company it’s 2 times I order and they write to me saying the product is in the process of being made and they don’t have an estimated shipping date and to choose another product NO I do not want another product I want what I paid for it’s 3 emails I said saying I want an immediate refund over the spam of 2 days and they ignore what I say and keep sending me random things that don’t even look like what I ordered. This website is from china and high priced for items that have no quality - I made a big mistake ordering a second time after my first issue never ever again.
I'm 5ft.2ins and weigh 185 pounds. Based on the size chart I purchased two large post-surgery garments, but they turned out to be a bit too big. They didn't provide the compression I needed at all. The thigh fit perfectly, but the upper part and tummy area were too loose.
I initially believed these garments were authentic from Colombia. However, I later discovered that they were being shipped from China. This was frustrating enough, but it took two weeks to arrive, and when I tried it on, the quality was far from what I'd expect from a Colombian product. I've ordered authentic versions before, and nothing can match their structure and quality. The compression simply doesn't compare to the real ones. It's truly disappointing. I cannot recommend this service. If you've never experienced a genuine Colombian garment, you might not understand my concerns, but those who have will likely agree.
I thought these fajas were authentic from Colombia. However, when I received my shipping update, I discovered they were coming from China. This was already frustrating, and it took two weeks to arrive. When I finally tried it on, the quality was nowhere near that of a true Colombian faja, which I've purchased before. No one can replicate the same structure and quality. The compression is vastly inferior to the originals, leaving me utterly disappointed. I cannot recommend this service at all. If you’ve never experienced a genuine Colombian faja, you might not understand, but if you have, you’ll likely agree with my assessment.
Steer clear!!! I placed an order knowing it might take a while, but after almost a month, I received an email stating the item was unavailable and I should pick something else. They offered a discount on my next purchase, which I did not want. I asked for a refund but they keep insisting on discounts instead. THEY DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated in my attempts to get my money back. Unacceptable service.

I ordered a skirt with built-in shorts, but it looks completely different from the image and the material is subpar. The return policy requires tags and original packaging, but my skirt arrived in a bag with no tags! It feels like they intentionally make returns difficult. The skirt doesn't shape as advertised, and I ended up throwing it away. I strongly advise against ordering from this seller.
The top button on the shoulders is very uncomfortable. After wearing it for a couple of hours, I had red marks on my shoulders. The straps need to be more comfortable. It's a bit overpriced for the quality. The bottom zipper design means you can't wear underwear, making it impractical. I had to remove it as the tightness was overwhelming, especially since I have a medical history.
