I had a completely unacceptable experience. Missing parcels and only a partial refund have caused me frustration. I won't be purchasing from this service again. The support team is also inadequate; they respond slowly and provide very few explanations. I'm extremely disappointed.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and fit of the cardigans and trousers I purchased. However, the trousers are longer than anything I've ever worn! The hassle of getting them altered, along with the extra cost, makes me hesitant to buy again. Shorter leg lengths would make these perfect! I'd buy them in every color! I considered getting one of the long coats, but now I think it would be too long as well, which is unfortunate since I'm sure the quality is excellent.
I received my gorgeous cardigan today. The quality and fit are outstanding. I have many items from this label and find myself wearing them more than any other. I always have something suitable for any occasion from this brand. I love everything I purchase from them.
