My son loves this brand; the quality is amazing. I did have a slight issue with one item taking longer than expected, and while the initial customer service response wasn't very helpful, I eventually got assistance from a different representative who helped track my order, and it was delivered that same day. The staff you employ truly make a difference, but overall, I'm very happy with the brand.

My order arrived with a pen mark. It was returned to them a month ago and I still haven’t received the replacement or a refund. I email almost every day with no replies other than on to say my original order was delivered. I have called but it always says the call can’t be taken. I have sent emails asking them to call me back but nobody has. Worst customer service ever.
DONT ORDER!!!!I ordered a tracksuit from there in may and they sent me 2 pairs of joggers but in different sizes. The shipping was very complicated because they just couldn’t put my number on there. I returned one pair to get a hoodie in return. And once again there were problems with my shipping because they just couldn’t put my number on the package and it took a MONTH. I just received my package and guess what was in there? JOGGERS ONCE AGAIN!!! I told them many times to send me a hoodie but they just couldn’t and also reminded them to put my number on the package. Horrible brand never order
