I have received nothing after placing my order 12 days ago, and my emails have gone unanswered. If a service cannot provide a product, they should not offer it. My daughter also ordered from this platform and is quite let down. She reached out regarding a delay, yet still received no reply. I request a prompt refund, or I will take further action. This feels like a scam.

I received an order that had an item missing. The customer service for the company is virtually non-existent. I've emailed three times over the last two weeks without any response (they claim to reply within 24 hours). I called directly 17 times between 12 and 4 PM, but I only got an engaged tone and never spoke to anyone. The WhatsApp link wouldn’t load. I sent a fourth email this afternoon, and I must say, the customer service is possibly the worst I've ever encountered!
I ordered a tracksuit and a hoodie. The designs looked great and felt nice initially, but after wearing the tracksuit just once, the inner fabric started to shed everywhere. Tiny fibers covered my socks, t-shirt, and even spread throughout my home. The tracksuit became completely covered in this shedding. For the price, I expected much better quality. I am very disappointed; the inner material simply doesn't hold up.
