Extremely disappointing experience

I had an extremely disappointing experience. I purchased an item online through the platform and thought I would receive quality service based on the contact information provided. However, I've sent numerous emails without any replies regarding my order. This was intended as a Christmas gift for my son, and it's impossible to get a response. Notably, there was no phone number on the website. I've contacted my bank for a full refund and am appalled by the lack of service. I want others to know that they seem to be a scam, in case anyone else has been misled like I was.

Disgraceful

Placed an order nearly a month ago, received order confirmation but no order number, no tracking information. Have tried to email them but the customer service email isn't valid. So my hard earned money was taken from my account, NO delivery and no way to contact them. This was to be a Xmas present for my husband. If I could give no stars I would because this is just a scam and the money taken represents 2 hours work for me. Its absolutely disgraceful that bogus companies like this get away with what is essentially fraud.

Scam - Stay away

Made a purchase. Never received parcel tracking, neither an email notifying me about the shipment. All my emails went completely ignored. Thank God I paid with PayPal just to be careful (my spider-sense was tingling), so I've just opened a PayPal controversy to have my money back.

placed an order through shopify

placed an order through shopify. got the confirmation. waited about 2 weeks for any form of notice of shipment etc. nothing. clicked link supplied with order confirmation and got a "the link you followed is no longer available" . tried to submit a report to shopify but since the store link url is invalid you can not submit a report to shopify so no resolution. Thankfully I contacted my credit card company and their reversed the original charge. But if you search "Cusly" online it still opens to their online store and is active. This store needs to be closed down!
