I placed my order more than a month ago and received an email receipt. However, I have reached out to the service because I haven't received any tracking information, and I haven't gotten a response. I'm extremely disappointed.
I placed an order a month ago and have received no updates or items. I ordered on October 8, 2025, and have tried emailing with no response. It's now December 4, 2025, and while I received a receipt email, there has been no further communication or tracking number. The site/app is down. I suspect this is a scam and regret not doing more research.
This is a total scam. My order never arrived, and the link is no longer active. They took my money, and despite sending four emails, I've received no reply. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. It's unacceptable that they continue to take people's money without delivering.
I ordered a limited edition Halloween Monopoly game on October 26, 2025, and was told it would arrive in 5-8 days. That timeframe has passed, and after messaging them twice for updates and a refund, I've received no response. This is unacceptable customer service, and my bank is now involved.
