Dear Azdome,Please ensure that your advertised products accurately reflect what customers will receive. Sending a different model while describing it as an upgraded version is misleading and damages customer trust. I strongly recommend updating the product photos or adding a clear notice informing buyers of any differences. As a well-established brand, maintaining transparency and accuracy in your listings is essential for preserving your reputation and customer confidence.
Terrible after sales service.The dashcam has a firmware bug resulting in incorrect data being recorded. All I want is some technical help.and all they want is an order number which I cant give them as it was a present. The camera is only.6 months oldI am not after a warranty claim.or replacement just the corrected.firmware.

Bought an Azdome PG 17 in November. The hardwired kit supplied was wrong and was ordered based on the description in the add. I contacted them about this, attaching screen capture proving my case. They were very apologetic which was encouraging but this was followed by many more saying the advanced engineering team were looking in to the matter. Having done so, they refused to offer a prepaid return for the hardwire kit even having proved it was advertised as suitable for the mirrorcam. While this email exchange was in progress, I bought another Azdome PG020S-R and they delivered a Japanese version. Oddly, the box that it came in was in English and the manual cover was also in English, yet it too was in Japanese only. Again I contacted them about this and the emails of apology kept coming. Again, as before, they said they would pass this on to their advanced engineering team. They requested videos of the Mirrorcam demonstrating it was in Japanese. I did so and sent them a youtube video. Again they said they would pass it on to the advanced engineering team. Many more emails passed between us. This was not rocket science, bringing this before the advanced engineering team, it was simply a matter of providing a prepaid return for both items but they refused to do so. However, on January 30th, I got fed up with the copied and pasted apologies. It became quiet clear they were not going to resolve these two issues. Angered and frustrated by their procrastination, I decide to take the financial loss, dumped it in the trash can and moved on. I have never experienced anything like this before with anything I bought online. I am a long standing customer of Amazon over many years and had the occasion of returning items which had issues and they provided a prepaid return lable without any problem. I will keep this in mind from here on. I offer this as a true and faithful account of my experience with Azdome backed up by emails to support my review.
