I ordered a shoe on their website and was utterly disappointed to receive a wrong shoes . On receipt I immediately complained and said I want to return - I was told to return the parcel at my own cost to China as their return policy is the all return must be at customer’s account . When I ordered an address at Regent Street in London was shown and there was no mention of China . This company is not to be trusted
I have only given 1 star as there is no option to give 0 stars. The item delivered bore little resemblance to the photo shown in the advert, which does not inform the buyer that the goods will be delivered from China. On contacting the company to request a full refund they stated that I had to return the item to an address in China as per there "returns policy". Having read the policy, nowhere does it say that the return address is in China, in fact it gives the impression that the goods are returned to them for inspection. This company are clearly rip off merchants who should be avoided at all cost.
Dont want to give any stars. I stupidly thought this co was in GB but now realise was not. Item was unwearable. I told them they said return to address in Aberdeen this was obviously a lie as it was returned to me today (2 Feb) refused!! and I HAD TO PAY postage. they do not reply to email/messages/ they are appalling. Why would anyone want to shop here.

I highly recommend checking other reviews before purchasing from this seller. I regret not doing so. I ordered a pair of short wellies in UK size 10 for muddy dog walks. They arrived 20 days later, but they were closer to a UK size 8. I'll be donating them to someone who can use them.

They promoted a buckskin suede jacket reduced from £50 to £30. Several reviews praised the quality of the suede leather and craftsmanship. It seemed too good to be true…and it was! When it arrived, it was labeled as 100% polyester. When I complained, I was instructed to return it via tracked mail to China for a refund once they confirm receipt. Now I’ve found out it will cost me £26 to return it. Despite my concerns, they simply stated that’s their policy and offered me a 30% discount on my next purchase! As if I would buy from them again! The item is going straight in the bin! Total scammers. Stay away!
The item that arrived today was supposed to be a sweater, but it’s more like a cheap blouse. The quality is shocking and looks nothing like the photos. I'm very disappointed and feel cheated because paying for return shipping to China is an insult to customer service.
This is an absolute scam. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a plaid sweater online and waited over three weeks for it to arrive. What I got was a terrible polyester shirt that I will never wear. I emailed them and, surprise, no response. Like many others here, I suspect if I get a reply, it will just be about returning it at my cost, which I refuse to do. They are aware of this and will continue to send out cheap versions of what they advertise. Avoid this company at all costs; it’s a disgrace that they are still allowed to operate.
Misrepresented goods. I bought a 'suede/leather' jacket, and after 3.5 weeks, I received a flimsy item made of 95% polyester and 5% cotton that I might only use as a tissue. Like many others, I have to return the goods to China for a refund to be considered. This is a complete rip-off. I wish I had reviewed them on a review platform first.
