I had to give it a 1 star, but it deserves even less. I watched half of a show when I signed up and haven't logged in since. I didn't realize it was set to auto-renew on 11/8/25, but I noticed it on my credit card statement and canceled it on 11/10/25. TWO DAYS LATER, AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY, while the credit card company said it's their policy and can't issue a refund. I'm also canceling that credit card! Do not sign up for this service! Total scam!

Do not subscribe to this company. Their policies force auto-renewals, and if you don’t agree, you can't subscribe. Be wary of their trial offers. If you encounter an unexpected charge, refunds are unlikely, even if you contact them immediately. They’ll try to lock you into another year with discounts, but they just want to keep your money. Research their complaints; many others share similar issues.
I would rate this service a zero if possible. They charge aggressive renewal fees, and when I requested a cancellation and refund within the allowed time, they only offered discounts for future subscriptions. Why would I want to commit to a service I canceled? The website also prevents me from removing my payment method to avoid future charges.
