Viraly greases the gears of handling social platforms such as YouTube and Instagram. I manage several accounts, each with a different kind of audience. Their visual scheduling tool is a genius - that's one of the oft-used feature along with others such as the ability to seamlessly handle different kinds of posts, along with their built-in tools like the image correction/improvement that are handy when needed. We are slowly discovering the various other features which we haven't quite dived into detail yet - as it's their rich offering of functionalities that sealed the deal for us after our initial trial. Overall very pleased with the offering. Hope they keep improving the products without messing up the core UX elements that makes this an awesome product.
I don't understand the negative comments here. We signed up 2 months ago and have honestly loved everything. Customer support has been helpful from the start. The content calendar is straight forward and the analytics give us everything we need. We switched from Buffer and don't plan on going back.
After grabbing our business name across all platforms, it was time for the hard part - start making regular posts for each one, and keeping them consistent! I'd used Hootsuite at a previous job, but my goodness it's expensive.I love the visual content calendar for the easily digestible info it provides at a glance. The analytics tracking helps me improve the timing of my posts. Customer service is very helpful as well. Viraly.io's free trial convinced me that its features are more than sufficient, and $19/mo is very affordable for a startup, and soon we expect to upgrade to the Business plan.
I've used several tools to manage social media, and Viraly is by far the most comprehensive when it comes to being able to seamlessly post across multiple platforms. The analytics it provides has also been instrumental in helping me to know where my posts are having the most impact and where improvement is needed. The AI assists have been a big help as well, specifically helping to determine things like post scheduling times. I tip my hat to the Viraly team, thanks for everything.
