It feels like a total scam—ordering one subscription led to three! When I tried to cancel the additional subscriptions, they said it wasn't possible due to company policies. They were unresponsive to my initial concerns, and it often takes nearly a month for them to reply! After several months of complaints, they offered me a 50% discount. Extremely poor service!

Complete scam experience

It feels like a complete scam; I signed up for one subscription but ended up with three! When I attempted to cancel the extra subscriptions, they stated it wasn't possible due to company policies. Fraudulent practices

I've reported the service to my bank for fraudulent activity. I never agreed to auto-renewal, yet £49.97 was debited from my account. I've tried multiple times to reach out through the form, but there has been no response. I’ve had to cancel my bank card as a result.

Avoid this service

Do not engage with this company. My partner was misled into thinking the initial payment of 30 was for three months instead of monthly. When the second charge appeared, I emailed to cancel, but like many others, received an automated response. After the third charge, I emailed again with my cancellation details and received another automated reply. I've sent two more emails and still haven't heard back. Stay away from this app; it's a total scam.

Disgraceful service

This company is absolutely disgraceful. I had no access to the products, and despite multiple inquiries, they assured me the auto-renewal was canceled. Guess what? I was charged again. This company is scamming people.

Total scam

This is a total scam. I was charged even after requesting the cancellation of my subscription before the end of the free trial. I'm being billed for products I didn't ask for. Emails to their support addresses are either ignored or receive the same automated response unrelated to my query.

Criminal practices

I purchased a one-time lifetime access program, but they signed me up for a monthly recurring plan and a three-month premium subscription. The site doesn't allow cancellations, so I emailed to cancel. They continued to charge me monthly. I had to cancel my credit card to stop these thieves. I should have checked reviews before signing up.

Second review on poor service

This is my second review. I can't express how many emails I've sent and how often I've canceled the app I never used. They keep trying to withdraw money from my account almost daily. Their customer service is nonexistent. Please avoid this app; it's an absolute scam.

Thieves and criminals

These individuals are thieves. Shortly after subscribing, they attempted to charge my card multiple times a day. I was fortunate to have set a low online purchase limit; otherwise, they could have taken over 500 from my account in a single day. I will continue to contact authorities until they are banned.

Cynical customer service

I feel compelled to join the many others who have had terrible experiences with this app. It's clear you're dealing with a cynical company when they don't provide proper customer service links. I never wanted this app and don't recall signing up, yet they're taking my money via direct deposit, and I can't find a way to stop it.
