Fabric choice floor to ceiling with a wide range of fabrics from various designers and designs. Worth the visit, but do not remove fabric from shelf. The owners do not like this. This is the first shop in my 50 years where you can not remove the fabric from the shelf. Also, most annoyingly none of the fabrics have labels or prices so you have to constantly ask for the price and fabric type. Lastly, although, I would visit again the sales assistance/owners could do with training on customer service. They can be abrupt and cynical. Once you can ignore their customer service and do not pull out the fabric, you will be fine.
Ordered some samples that were seemingly lost by Evri, I got in touch with their customer service team and they had it sorted for me in no time 💕The samples are great too, I am a first time customer and will definitely be back to make another order.
I bought a black boucle fabric from Dalston Mills as I am recovering a large chair and cushioned foot stool. The fabric is lovely, I wanted a true black as lots I had seen had grey flecks in them but this fabric is true black. The material has just the right amount of stretch too. I will definitely use Dalston Mill again they have a huge array of fabrics and very good prices.
I had been looking for something different.Dalston was suggested to me. Spent ages looking at selections. Oh my.Only needed a small length for current project - choices choices choices. In the end settled on a pattern I didn't have. I'll be back.
Unreliable order service. I’ve placed two separate orders with Dalston mill, about a month apart, and both were missing items. First order was mostly correct, fabric and samples delivered, but the matching thread I ordered was missing. I contacted them and they issued a quick refund. I placed a second order, this time only samples arrived and the actual main fabric order was missing. I contacted them again and they were very apologetic and offered either to send the missing fabric or to refund. I opted for a refund. Disappointed and not trusting them with another order.
