Damac is probably the worst developer in the UAE. Had a terrible experience with them. I purchased my first ever property with them it was an apartment. At the time of the purchase their agent was super nice, I told him it was my first property and the deal was full of promises, one of them being that the unit comes with a parking. When I asked before I made the payment he said "Obviously, every unit we sell comes with atleast 1 parking, if you want additional parking then you will have to pay." At the time one parking was enough for me. When i purchased the apartment I rented it out and the tenant tried to park his car he was told that the unit does not have a parking. I reached out to both my account manager and Damac about it and they said we made no agreement with you on parking. So basically I was sold a property in business bay without a parking and damac expects me to park my car outside the building. I feel completely scammed and now that account manager would not even respond. There are many buyers with complaint about their malpractices. Never invest your hard earned money with Damac, you will be sorry.
