I ordered 2 hoodies in XL (just to be safe) I wear a L or for loose fit an XL. The XL hoodies I ordered was WAY too tight- obviously made in China. The pattern appears to look cool but you will get NO give or stretch out of this material. So I tried to do an exchange but since I ordered before Christmas went on vacation and started the exchange in January but outside of there 30 day policy my exchange was declined. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONE EXISTENT.

I recently purchased two shirts, but unfortunately neither fit correctly. I contacted customer service to request a refund and was disappointed to be told that refunds are not offered—only store credit.I do not believe this is fair or reasonable, especially when the items did not fit as expected. A store credit forces the customer to spend more money with the same company rather than resolving the issue properly.This is where my experience became disappointing. Because of this policy and how it was handled, I will not be making another purchase and will be sharing my experience on social media so others are aware before ordering.
I find no pleasure in writing negative reviews on any company, and it is something I certainly think about before following through. I had no knowledge about Arrowhead tactical apparel, and it was only after seeing there advertising campaign oh nearly every social media platform I visited convinced me to give them a try. I am from thelaw enforcement community andtheir clothing grabbed my attention, because they offered a line of athletic sportswear such as jogging pants,shorts and hoodies. It truly looked like the perfect application for carrying a weapon off duty in casual athletic clothes. They advertised on every ad a no risk 30 day return policy. Buy it, if you don't like it or if it doesn't fit you can return it. I purchased several pair of their jogging pants as well as they're so-called liner belt. I used their sizing chart when ordering. This sizing chart did not accurately coincide with their joggers. I have sent at least five or six messages to them regarding returns, and/or exchanges. These people will not honor their written return policy, their policy is more like you buy it you own it. I had a great feeling about their product going in however I cannot in good faith recommend this company or their clothing line to any of my co-workers family and friends, and I felt the responsibility to let other people in law enforcement or public safety No that if they purchase from this company, they can expect no returns and no service. I have no intentions of wasting any more time and energy trying to resolve this situation, hopefully someone Can find some use out of the clothing, because I intend to send it to Goodwill. I truly hope they work through their problems and start taking care of their customers, because I can assure you this service they're giving now is not is not a favorable experience and others like me will certainly not purchase from them again
The product was just fine but it was not exactly what I expected and I tried to return it. The company web site is very clear about their great return policy; but what I found out is that they really do not have a return policy as stated on the web site. They outsource the shipping of products to other vendors and when you try to return a vendor shipped product, they basically tell you that it's someone else's problem, not theirs.If you use their Shop.com Payment feature, you might as well just not even try to return anything. Shop.com will send you to yet another vendor and because they didn't sell it directly, they will not accept responsibility so you will end up going round and round in circles only to ultimately find out that there really is no way to make a return.The Customer Service basically sucks.
If I could give negative stars I would. I am an active LEO and my sister bought from them for me for Christmas. As I cannot get off for most holidays I saw her recently and the item did not fit. After numerous attempts from both her and myself explaining the situation they refused to accept any type of return, exchange or even credit to buy something else. Worst fake company claiming to be pro America and pro Law Enforcement. Disgusting how this company treats the actual boots on the ground. All of my colleagues will know to never utilize this company and to go to their competitors.
During the holiday season, I purchased one of their jogger pants, using their sizing chart. Last week I went to wear them but they were too tight in the upper inner thigh area. Funny, trustpilot won’t allow krotch (with a c) so I’m using upper inner thigh area. These are supposed to be comfy, durable joggers that facilitate concealed carry.I was excited about the purchase because inspecting the joggers upon receiving them, the build quality appeared good and knowing I used their recommended size, it was going to fit nice and loose and fulfill its design intention.So I reached out to them (replied back to the order confirmation) stating the fit issue and my desire to exchange for the next size up. I was disappointed that I couldn’t wear the joggers but figured I will soon enough. They replied that I missed the exchange window and can not exchange.This was a very unexpected response. As a clothing manufacturer, they should be aware of varying fit tolerances and provide better customer service.If you are going to purchase, pay attention to their sizing chart and upsize if you are close to the max range in the chart. I had reservations with their sizing chart because I didn’t want them to be too baggy. Typically a large pair of sweat pants would be baggy but I accepted their size chart recommendation rationalizing the need to provide extra room to carry.
