However, due to my desperation to travel and the high flight costs, I decided to go with this service because they offered a reasonable price (£690) with full payment due a week before travel. I paid a £50 deposit and kept reviewing their terms and conditions. I informed the agent I spoke to that I wanted to cancel the booking, but she assured me that as long as I made the payment on time, I would be fine. Unfortunately, that was not the case. On the day I completed my payment, I was told that the agent had 'left the company' and a new representative took over my booking. This new representative claimed to know nothing about our previous discussions. When I inquired about my ticket issuance, he said it was due to missing my middle name, despite my repeated inquiries about this with the previous agent. Additionally, their address does not seem to exist. Although I received a refund, I am now left without a flight and have lost £50. This is incredibly frustrating, especially so close to my travel date! They are extremely unreliable. Even after my booking, the previous agent tried to get me to refer others for a £20 incentive! When I was offered an alternative flight, the cost was over £1000 more. In summary, I strongly recommend avoiding this service at all costs.

After confirming my name through multiple emails, they intentionally misspelled it on the ticket, claiming it was my mistake. I have paid in full, yet they insist on charging me extra to correct the name. I contacted the airline, which confirmed no ticket was issued. This company is deceitful, and I advise against booking with them. They are untrustworthy.
