I ordered a plush on November 6th with a shipping promise for mid-December. Now it's December 29, and I haven't received the item or any communication after three emails to the service. I wouldn't recommend wasting time here—it feels like a total scam.

I regret using this site. I spent £67 on goods, but they never shipped anything. They promised delivery in early December, and after following up, I was told it would be late December or January. Please avoid this website.

Communication Issues and Delays

The website indicated that pre-orders would ship at the beginning of December for Christmas, with a refund option for delays. The tracking showed conflicting statuses. After a month, I inquired about my order and requested a refund, but they just thanked me for my patience and ignored my request. They eventually issued a full refund after two weeks and two emails, which earned them a star back. It's disappointing, as my daughter loves these toys. We try to support the developer, but their customer service and supply chain management need improvement.
