Beware - several reviews and my experience indicate that the sizing is misrepresented compared to other brands I purchase from. This company falsely claims to offer a 30-day return policy. They require you to email within 14 days and send multiple photos of the products to prove sizing issues. Refunds are not guaranteed, even if their largest size is too small for you. Additionally, you must return items to another country at your own expense, despite receiving them from a local address. Research reviews for any online stores, especially those advertised on social media. Steer clear of this seller.
This company is FRAUD, stay away. what they advertised on their site has nothing to do to what you get. I ordered 2 dressed, they items were cheaply made, very poor quality. I tried returning and was told they do not qualify for return. stay way from this site unless you want to be SCAMMED, i wish i could give them a 0 star
Do not purchase through this company. They say there’s a 30 day return policy, but if you want to return because they don’t fit it aren’t as expected, they refuse to accept the return due to their policy being that they don’t accept returns unless the items are defective. It’s an absolute scam! They say they are an Australian company, but their return policies appear to be poorly translated.What’s the use of a 30 day return policy on an online clothing shop, if you can’t return it after trying it on!!Dreadful - do not buy from this shop.
The company is a scam!! They send you a product that is poorly made, with threads coming out, the stitching is terrible, it is nothing like in the picture! And when you try to return it, they do not accept it, coming up with all sorts of excuses - basically AVOID at all costs!!!
OMG, I finally got my hands on the Ines Dress I’ve been stalking forever thanks to the holiday sale! 😍 The quality is seriously amazing, and it came packed so beautifully. I was kinda hoping the lace had a bit of stretch, but honestly, it still looks asolutely stunning on me. Totally in love!
Absolute rubbish, payed £60 for a dress & it is lovely. I ordered a large what I normally order, but it came up to small would say more 10/12. So asked if I could send it back sent a picture, only tried it on & have been told I’m not entitled to a refund 😡
