We engaged DataCaptive after being quoted $3,000 for a lead list. They agreed in writing to match a competitor at $2,500.
Unfortunately, the quality of the data was unacceptable.
A significant number of emails bounced immediately. Many contacts had already left their listed positions. This undermines the basic purpose of purchasing a verified B2B list.
We reached out to request remediation and replacement contacts but have not received a meaningful response.
If a company is selling professional contact data, accuracy and responsiveness are essential. At this price point, buyers should not have to manually clean large portions of the list.
We are requesting a refund or a properly validated replacement list. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.
