I ordered on August 22nd and have yet to receive my order. I didn’t get a tracking number. When I reached out via email, there was no reply from the support team. After multiple emails, I was given a voucher to reorder, but it didn’t work! I didn’t place a second order because of this. I’ve sent two more emails asking for a refund, but haven’t received any response. This platform feels like a scam. I advise against ordering here.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter on April 18th, 2025. Two weeks have passed, and I haven't received any tracking information. Attempts to check my order number on the website were unsuccessful, and my calls go unanswered. I reached out via email, but there has been no reply. It's disheartening after saving money for this gift, only to be scammed. It’s shameful for anyone to act this way.
I ordered three gifts for my daughter for Christmas. I was anxious about delays due to the postal strike, but the support representative was incredibly helpful and assured me that my delivery would arrive on time. I would definitely order again.
Disappointing. I ordered a t-shirt on October 11th, waited the suggested 10 days plus an extra 2, and reached out about the lack of delivery on the 23rd. I received a response on the 28th stating it was lost in transit and they would send another as a priority. I waited until November 12th and disputed the charge with my bank. Please do not engage with this “business”; it’s a joke.
Horrible experience - I do not recommend this site. They failed to ship my order despite my efforts to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I chose a payment option that allowed me to delay payment until December since I never received my items. I sent them 10 emails over a month with no response. Only after contacting the payment service did I see progress. They opened a case, and I escalated it to Buyer Protection due to their lack of response. Fortunately, they ruled in my favor, and I got my money back. Only after that did the company inform me that my package was lost and they would send a new one. They promised it would arrive in 10-15 days at no extra cost, which is absurd since I already paid for shipping! Their customer service is completely unacceptable. Avoid them.
