I have never managed to get the £5 discount in the app, not sure why but have referred a family member and we both got a £10 voucher, which was great. I am using their service again on Monday to take my car for an mot 👍👍

Frustrating Experience with Insurance Refund

I purchased insurance for just one day, but ended up not needing it. I attempted to call right before the coverage began, only to find their lines didn't open until 9 AM, which meant my coverage had already started by then. When I finally spoke to a representative, I was informed that refunds are not available for policies that are already active. It's important to note that I didn't even drive the vehicle. I tried to secure a refund before the policy took effect, but their phone lines being closed made that impossible. Additionally, I never received the policy via email, which prevented me from canceling it. In my opinion, this feels like a total scam. They create obstacles that make it nearly impossible to reclaim your money. I strongly recommend steering clear of this service.
