I ordered several powder-coated black tubes with various fittings for exterior balustrades. The staff were incredibly helpful, and I was really impressed with how well every item was wrapped upon delivery the next day after ordering. I highly recommend this service.

The gate arrived with part of it bent. I requested an exchange, but they refused. They offered to send a video on how to fix it and suggested a small compensation. As a 77-year-old woman, I find straightening it unmanageable. No compensation was received, and they stopped responding to my emails. VERY, VERY POOR customer service, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I have placed three orders so far, and everything has been excellent and reasonably priced. Delivery is usually next day, and the postage costs are very reasonable too. I keep discovering items I didn’t know I needed and am starting projects because of it. Thank you!
I’ve ordered from them three times, and the delivery has always been accurate. I once ordered four parts in one size and two in another. Customer service called to confirm if it was correct since my past orders were always in size A. They corrected it and sent the right parts with the rest of the order.
