The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, resolving any initial connectivity issues to minimize disruptions. The after-sales support is commendable; we have contacted the service post-purchase a couple of times and they provided solutions quickly, coordinating with our external IT provider to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The service arrived at the promised time to install our new printer. Both a technician and a driver were present. The technician ensured all staff understood how to fully operate the device, demonstrated maintenance tips, and even suggested the best paper for use. Excellent customer service was provided beforehand as well.
