I love My Protein, they offer hight quality products for a fair price. They deliver super quickly, their packaging design is slick & easy to read, all supplements are easy to identify and take.
I placed my order on 2nd December for a birthday on 6th December. I confirmed the delivery would be on time before finalizing my purchase, allowing a small buffer for any potential issues. A few days later, I received a message stating the item hadn't been dispatched yet. Then, on the 5th, just a day before I needed it, I was informed that the item was now on its way, with delivery expected between the 6th and 8th. It's now the 10th, and nothing has arrived. The company fails to dispatch on time, misrepresents shipping dates, and cannot provide a reliable arrival estimate—overall, a disappointing and frustrating service. They cannot attribute the delay to increased holiday demand or delivery services; the responsibility lies entirely with them. There's no phone support, and the chat feature is ineffective. I strongly advise against spending your time and money with this company; you'll likely regret it.
I ordered from my protein. Didn’t use the protein powder for a week or so as I was using up from the protein powder that I used before. Anyway I ordered one Banana and one strawberry. Tried the Strawberry and it was so salty that I couldnt stomach it. Contacted My protein and requested a refund. The product I have it’s not fit for purpose. Was asked for details of the product and told in 2 to 3 days longer if they are busy they will get back to me. Not what I would call outstanding customer service. Today I received notification that a refund for one of the products I ordered was being processed. Great However, I asked to return both products. After the horrible taste of the first, I have no intention of trying the second. My request for a return did include both products. This feels more and more like pulling teeth!
