I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but as an agency owner who lives and dies by lead flow, I feel like I’ve got to warn people about dealforce.io.

Short version? This has been one of the most frustrating platforms I’ve ever tried to work with.

We came in with real expectations. Not unrealistic, not “get rich overnight”—just a solid, functional system that could help generate leads and plug into our process. That’s it. Basic stuff. Instead, what we got was a mess.

First off, the setup process is a nightmare. I’m not talking “a little confusing”—I mean flat-out broken. Pages not loading correctly, things not saving, and zero clear direction on what’s actually required to get anything live. For a platform that’s supposed to help generate business, it can’t even get out of its own way.

Then comes the login issue. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve tried to log in, reset passwords, or access the dashboard only to get errors, failed attempts, or just straight-up nothing happening. It’s like the system forgets you exist every other day.

And the biggest issue? Support—or lack of it. We reached out multiple times to the helpdesk. Crickets. No response, no follow-up, no “hey, we got your message.” When you’re running a business and relying on a tool, that’s unacceptable. If something breaks—and it will—you’re completely on your own.

As far as lead generation goes… I’d love to give feedback, but we never even got to a point where that could be tested properly. Hard to generate leads when you can’t even get the platform working.

Honestly, this feels like one of those tools that looks promising on the surface but completely falls apart when you actually try to use it in a real business environment.

If you’re an agency or business owner thinking about using dealforce.io, I’d strongly suggest you think twice. There are too many other options out there that actually work—and actually respond when you need help.

Save yourself the time, the frustration, and the headache.

Prospects had no idea what our product was

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Dealforce. The service agreement and marketing materials emphasized that I would be connected with qualified prospects — specifically, individuals actively looking to buy what my company offers. However, the majority of the people I was scheduled to meet with did not seem to know what product or service was being discussed.Many of the leads were either unresponsive, unclear about the purpose of the meeting, or did not express any meaningful interest in moving forward. In one instance, a prospect only asked about our past contracts — something completely unrelated to the solution we were offering. While I did receive a partial refund for that particular lead, I was still charged for others despite raising concerns about their lack of qualification.There were also technical and communication issues: some phone numbers were unreachable, some emails bounced, and post-meeting support from Dealforce was minimal. The one consistent follow-up I received was related to billing, regardless of whether the lead was qualified.What stood out most was the disconnect between the expectations set by Dealforce’s marketing — that they connect businesses with sales-ready prospects — and the actual experience of meeting with individuals who, in many cases, had little to no context about the offering.In my view, the service did not align with the promises made, and I believe the gap between the marketing message and actual results is worth noting for anyone considering using this platform.

Leads With No Idea What Youre Selling

I’m extremely disappointed with Dealforce and feel compelled to warn others about what I believe to be a scam. The service agreement promised qualified leads, but what I received were either unresponsive contacts, people with no knowledge of what they were meeting for, or individuals who were clearly not interested in the product we were offering. None of my leads appeared to be qualified or truly interested.In my experience, most of the so-called “leads” had zero intent to engage in moving forward despite indicating they wanted to start that same day. One of them only asked about our past contract experience—completely unrelated to the service we were pitching. I was only able to receive half of my money back for that particular lead, despite it not being qualified. It felt like they were just filling a time slot rather than having genuine interest or were confused about what the product was able to do.Some prospects even went as far as to say they were ready to start services, but then vanished. Phone numbers were unreachable, emails bounced, and follow-up from Dealforce was nonexistent with the only exception being to charge us for the meeting whether or not we responded with if the lead was qualified. It was like chasing ghosts.Another reviewer mentioned a prospect admitted they were paid to take the meeting and didn’t even know what it was for. That lines up with what I experienced—it feels like a numbers game to give the illusion of performance, rather than actually delivering qualified, sales-ready leads.This is not just a case of poor performance; it’s deliberate misrepresentation.

Leah and her team consistently find great leads for us, and are extremely responsive as well! I absolutely love working with dealforce and they are a great partner for any saas business that wants to bring in great leads.

I am not surprise that PipeLinear has been acquired by DealForce. The work that they do in the sales, business development, and lead-gen verticals are unmatched. I am blessed as a business owner to have crosspath with their team and having the opportunity to work with Joanne Indemne has been nothing short of sweet and fabulous. I highly recommend them for SMBs and SME, I'm sure they are suitable for Mid-level enterprises and higher as well.
