Just received my Daytona rep watch. Beautiful, and very well made. I received it in a beautiful Rolex box, I was sent notification by Emma within a day or two that it would be processed, and shipped out before the Chinese New Year. This was my first purchase from Dealsyity, so I wasn’t sure how it would go. Receiving her notification was already reassuring. I received my package in about 6 days from the day of ordering. Thats fast considering it was coming from half way around the world. I’m not a bot or a paid employee. I’m here to say they are great to deal with and I’m extremely pleased to have dealt with them. I’ll be making future purchases for sure.
I have had such an awesome experience with this company. Emma, went out of her way to help me with my order that I placed online. One of the items that I selected, which was a Louis Vuitton wallet it was out of stock. She contacted me immediately to let me know, and she helped me select a new one by going live and showing me what she had available. Also, I had a few items coming already that I thought the person I was purchasing them for would like them and I found out they did not want that particular watch style. I had them in my possession and I did not open them yet or take the wrapping off and I explain that to her I told her that I found the watch that they wanted and she walked me through the exchange process leaving me with a credit. She told me I could Pick some other merchandise. It did not have to be another watch or I could have my money back for the difference, which happened to be a significant amount I ended up selecting two new purses. She was nice enough again to go live and show me the interior of the Louis Vuitton bag and the exterior of it so I could actually see the size of it. Not just the online picture. I ended up selecting that one and a Chanel bag as well I have purchased from this company in the past and I must say that their bags are amazing and authentic looking! When compared to my $3200 Louis Vuitton never full, the same bag from this company markings interior coloring, stamping and straps. Even the on the go make up bag on the interior that is removable. Looks and feels exactly the same for $399. I have purchased in the past old ladies, Rolex for myself. I’m in the jewelry business, the particular watch I purchased would run about $32,000 if it were a genuine Rolex. Again for $399. It comes with a screw down crown, a sapphire crystal and all of the same looks and feel as a genuine Rolex. I needed some links removed, and my jeweler could not even tell that it was a knock off!! So not only would I recommend this company for the customer service that I received, but I would also recommend them for their product outstanding!
