I placed an order and received the wrong item, being told I had to return it at my cost for a refund or the correct item. After mentioning consumer protection laws, they agreed to provide a return label but still insisted on the return. It’s frustrating that the responsibility lies on the customer when the business fails to deliver the correct items. I am very disappointed and won't use this service again.
I ordered online and was sent the wrong item. I was told I had to return it at my own expense to get a refund or the correct item sent. When I mentioned this violated consumer rights, they offered a return label but insisted on the wrong items being returned first for a refund. It's a business's responsibility to send what customers actually ordered; if they mess up, they need to fix it—not the customer. I'm appalled and will not shop with this company again.
I bought shoes and within minutes they caused severe pain, leading to blisters and bleeding. When I returned to show this, the manager was rude and dismissive, saying they couldn't help since I had worn them. There was no concern for my comfort or safety, which was very disappointing.
