However, when I contacted the seller directly, their response was EXCELLENT! They sorted everything out in under an hour, making sure I received the right tree in a few days, and the Christmas tree is of high quality and looks wonderful!
The goods arrived within the promised delivery timeframe. There was some external damage to the outer packaging, but the internal packaging protected the glass components. Assembly was straightforward, though there seemed to be a modification as the instructions didn't fully align with the components. The feet assembly had improved. It wasn’t a major issue, but it could be addressed. One annoying aspect was the label on the glass, which was tough to remove and required a solvent to avoid marks. This shouldn't have been necessary. However, the product looks great, is solid, matches the description, and met all expectations.
