I have had several issues with alldeals but now this is the last straw.
First a few months ago they just cancelled all my orders with no reason shared. It took a lot of back and forth to finally resolve. I was losing hundreds of dollars potentially. While it was eventually fixed, it could be easy to miss, and luckily, I was paying attention.
Then, of course, they’re now charging 5% to get our money, which is just ridiculous in itself. I understand having charges for specific withdrawals, but there should be at least 1 free option.
Now I had reached out to them because they cancelled 2 orders early. It said I had to submit the survey by Jan 24th. I went do to it on Jan 24th, and they were cancelled. By the 24th means by end of the day, or else it would say before Jan 24th or by Jan 23rd.
I reached out right away to the chatbot and they created a ticket. Then I got a response a few days later, and they tried to tell me I submitted it on the 25th even though I sent multiple screenshots with proof I sent it on the 24th and then they just go back to telling me I submitted on the 25th when ever screenshot says the 24th.
This company will take money from you in anyway they can. I’m sure most of you have, but you just haven’t noticed because they are very sneaky about it.
If you like companies stealing money from you, definitely use them. If not, I would cash out and cancel, which is what I’ll be doing. I’m sick of this scam website.

While they do eventually make some payments, I've already been shorted. Recently, payments have been delayed by WEEKS, and now there's a notice that they are imposing a 5% fee to process payments owed to users! So they hold onto funds for over a month and then charge a fee. This seems highly questionable!

This service used to be trustworthy, but now they consistently advertise 72-hour payouts without delivering. Several payments for orders over the past six months have been delayed by more than a week, even for those marketed as 72-hour payouts. This is clearly misleading advertising. They should not promote 72-hour payouts if they can't fulfill them on time. I've completely lost trust in this service.
Think twice before engaging with this service. They take an excessive amount of time to process refunds and show little concern for issues that arise. It's crucial to reconsider making purchases here as it could jeopardize your accounts elsewhere.
I've been using this service since its inception. They send too many emails, but the deals make it worthwhile, especially if you have time to spare. The process is relatively straightforward, and payments arrive within a few weeks.
