I rang up on the Thursday, to apply for a copy of my Change of Name Deed Poll, which I completed over 23 years ago.I completed the online application on the Thursday and received my two copies, two days later on the Saturday.Absolutely exemplary service, with the addition of speaking to an extremely friendly and helpful Agent.I have had occasion, in the past 20 years or so to have recommended this company to at least two people, who were also impressed with the speed of the service.This company is brilliant, and deserves a mark of 100/100.

terrible service

terrible service paid money, then requested more then they asked more and more documents and couldn't not provide what was needed and was dragged out over 2 weeks. Then told they didn't have the original name change.
