so a deliveroo biker was riding along canberra and he was riding a bike and lta recently said that riding in the pedestrian lane is illegal so he is a illegal man and he crash me🥀💔 me is hurt me is pain and he got off his bike and first thing is he said is "ARE YOU BLIND"💔 then he proceeded to yap for two to three more sentences and ended with a fug u 🥀💔 and I'm mentally hurt 🤕 and also he wasted like 67 seconds of my life
I placed an order through their app at 8:55 PM tonight. The app kept showing the food was on its way until after 10 PM, then suddenly marked it as delivered - except it never actually arrived! This was an expensive meal, and I’m still hungry and frustrated. Completely unacceptable!
I literally used the option to "leave at door", meaning contactless delivery. Meaning literally leave the food at the door and Walk away. But instead the delivery driver STOLE my food, claimed to have called me (did not call me, literally not in my call logs). Customer service Did NOT help. Literally making false claims that the rider attempted to contact me when there is no proof, and dont forget the fact that i literally chose the option of LEAVE AT DOOR. SO what the hell??? And that i will still be charged for whatever i bought. The rider literally got a free meal out of me. Really pissed.
This business should be shut down. Don’t use them for anything. The app blatantly lies about the status of the order and even if you pay for Deliveroo plus and another 2$ for priority delivery, this makes no difference at all to the service. Tried ordering a few times and EVERY SINGLE TIME the delivery is more than an hour late or just randomly cancelled or worst arrived completely spoiled and not edible.
Appalling service from Deliveroo. Ordered priority delivery from a restaurant, waited over an hour before being notified food order was cancelled. Deliveroo apogiaed but that misses the point. No food for myself and my daughter and too late to order from elsewhere.No compensation for such inconvenience
Andrew and then Russell (the manager who hung up on me) gave me one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in Singapore. Three mistakes were made on the order and they offered less than 2 sgd, then additional credit for less than 2 sgd, then they hung up on me. Unbelievable and unacceptable.
