When we finally got the bags, the fries were soggy and cold, and they forgot my daughter’s juice. The staff looked overwhelmed and didn’t even apologize when I went back to the counter. Not the standard I expect.

Absolutely dreadful meal. Burger served cold as fries weren’t even in the fryer when the Whopper was wrapped and ready.Coke was completely flat with no bubbles at all and was so watered down it had little to no taste either.Very disappointing experience indeed as BK is normally very good in UK. Best give it a big miss when in Spain.
Palma Majorca airport departures Burger King Area A. I paid cash for a drink and was short changed by the staff member who took my money. Manager said there was no error by staff and i was wrong. I pointed out that there was a camera above the till and they could check the video. The staff member became aggressive which caused me some alarm. The manager refused to do anything about it and walked away. Shocking customer service.
Good day. We have been using Burger King services for a long time. In Ukraine, everything was fine, in Spain, the service was just awful. From support operators to the staff at the establishment, 5/5 was some failure. Yesterday, my wife and I ordered an order through the Glovo service (they also don’t pay every time). Yesterday, they simply didn’t deliver our order, we waited for 2 hours, the operators called Burger King (no one picked up the phone), they couldn’t tell us where the order was and when it would be, no one could answer us anything except (wait, wait, it will be soon). They couldn’t cancel the order and return the money to us. The delivery was confirmed in the application, but no one delivered the order to us. Today, the establishment told us (call Glovo, it’s all their fault). Glovo also writes on Burger King.THEY DIDN'T RETURN THE MONEY, THEY DON'T WANT TO COMPENSATE THE ORDER EITHER.
BK messed up my order completely, sending a meat burger instead of vegan one. I emailed them to complain and rectify this and keep getting generic "we've passed it to the local branch" replies and no solution. Will have to keep chasing (waiting since April) as I want a refund for them sending the wrong product I had to throw away. Usually, not too bad, but this is very poor service.
I wish I could issue minus stars to this dreadful place..... after ordering by machine and paying by card ar the machine I waited 10 minutes and there were NO STAFF SERVING. In fact there were no staff to be seen anywhere on the premises. My order for lost in the ether.... half an hour after ordering I had a cold burger with overcooked chips. Ugh!!!
