Worst delivery company I’ve ever used. I placed an order online, and waited for my parcel to be delivered. A whole day passed by and when I tried to look on their website where my parcel went, they claim that they have been trying to deliver it but I wasn’t home. I waited, yet another whole day (since you don’t give your customers a estimated time slot, we have to sit a whole day inside and wait for you) and the same story replied itself. I contacted their customer service, and spoke with a agent called Jill. Jill told me that since I have a foreign number, they wont be able to deliver my parcel. Somehow since Covid-19, delivery companies lost their abilities to deliver packeges inside the building. And they can’t use the telephone at the front door to reach out to me. I’ve tried to come up with multiple solutions, but they want their costumers to sit at the front door the whole day and wait for them to arrive. WORST experience ever. Will never use your ”services” again. I’ve been reading all your terms and conditions, and no where is there to be found that you can not deliver unless you have a portuguese number.
