They Refuse to deliver during work hours..
You give work address, and they try deliver after hours and or on weekends its insane..
I now have to drive to work on a weekend to even get the package, whyyy does this need to happen on a weekend???????
It's incredibly challenging to reach the company. I've tried contacting them via WhatsApp, email, and phone without success. My parcel arrived in Johannesburg in late December '25, with a delivery notification since around the 28th of December, but I still haven't received it. My son faced a similar problem with his order; he only received 2 out of the 3 parcels he was expecting. The platform uses their service, but it seems they switch couriers every time I place an order. It's time for both the company and the platform to address these issues.
This is the most frustrating courier service I've ever encountered! The company needs to sever ties with them, as they take ages to deliver packages! Additionally, they are unable to provide clear information regarding when their drivers will collect and deliver items!
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My parcel has been stuck as "Out for Delivery" for several days with no explanation. I have attempted to reach their support team multiple times, but either the calls drop or there is no response. Their messaging service is equally ineffective. The lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would recommend avoiding this courier if possible; there are better options available with more reliable delivery and friendlier customer service.
I received a notification that my parcel was returned, but I never got a phone call or any communication from the delivery service. It's hard to believe that the company continues to rely on such unprofessional support. Very disappointing experience.
Utterly disappointing experience. My delivery was supposedly dispatched on the 22nd of November, but as of the 10th of December, it still hasn't arrived and I haven't received any calls. The app indicates that it has been out for delivery multiple times and rescheduled, yet no one has contacted me. The customer service representatives seem to be in a tough situation, which isn't their fault. The entire company gives off an impression of disorganization and a lack of effective leadership. They excel at making false promises. I even offered to pick up the order myself, but they said that isn't permitted???? Even if a refund is issued, you still lose out on customs and other fees. I will not be ordering from this company again if they continue to use this delivery service; I'll opt for another platform instead.
My first experience has been a total nightmare! I've paid customs duty twice because I was asked to pay again, thinking my initial payment hadn't gone through. I have proof that both payments were successful and have shared this with the company and the courier service. Yet, I'm still being asked to pay again. I've contacted both parties, submitted a ticket, and interacted with the automated support. This is unacceptable! I just want my money back now. I will not order from this platform again!
What a nightmare my first experience with Temu is! I've paid customs duty twice now, because I was prompted to pay again, and I thought my payment hadn't gone through. I have proof both payments have gone through and have supplied Temu and the couriers, GFS Express, with proof. And still I'm prompted to pay again. I've emailed both companies, logged a ticket and dealt with Temu's bot. This is shocking! I nust want my money back now. Will never order from Temu again!
This is the worst service ever. My parcel has been in delivery for 6 days. I received a random whatsapp message from a "pinkboy" (Tatenda), Pink the panger to say I must send my location. Now remember they have my address. Well pinkboy went to my neighbour at 18.45 with a noisy little kid with him. I was having dinner at that time and did not look at my whatsapp. I called him after dinner, he tells me, you can wait now till I decide what to do with your parcel. Like he is saying to me, well, I am the boss and I am in control of your parcel. Well, I completely lost it. How do they go to the wrong address? And howcome they do not call on a call? Well, he told me, he does not have airtime to make calls. How shocking is that? Plus he has now blocked me and I still do not have my parcel. This is shocking!
GFS express was supposed to deliver my parcel on Friday 14th November. Status had changed to out for delivery however no delivery was attempted. The following day, the courier guy contacts me and is like I’m outside, when I go outside there is no one. Turns out he was at the wrong address and asked to deliver that parcel later on that day, I agreed as I would be home in the afternoon. Come afternoon the driver does not pitch, I had to contact them and enquire about what’s happening. I ended up rescheduling delivery to be on Monday the 17th, the driver never pitched, never sent a text or anything however the parcel is now classed as delivered. I have tried contacting the courier however there is no response at all. I still haven’t received my parcel. I have never dealt with such thieves. It was my first and last time ordering from Temu!!! This is so infuriating!!
