Do not use this company! They will take your money and keep the packages. When you try to track it, it says it was delivered. When you try to contact them, they don’t answer. Upon reading other reviews now, they use an automatically reply.

In addition to not even having received a delivery estimate from Sensilab, a few days later I received an e-mail from Delnext saying that the delivery would be delayed. The next day I received new information that delivery would be made on the same day. As I couldn't be at home to receive the delivery, I called DellNext five times to try to postpone it and I was never answered. Another bad thing is that the opening hours end at 1:00 pm. I will never buy from Sensilab again, as deliveries are made by DellNext

Worst delivery company I've ever worked with. They received my package and scheduled the delivery date, I spent the whole day at home, missing a work day, for them to not show up nor call or email. By 11pm changed the package status to: unable to deliver, and forced me to reschedule for the next week because, as they answered my email: "our system only allows for 48/72h reschedule". Making me miss yet another day, for a job they didn't do, and really not giving me any guarantees that this won't happen again. Really really unprofessional. Do not recommend at all! Last time I've worked with them.
