Took a full month - yes 4 weeks to deliver the order. Customer service was shockingly bad! Only way to contact them was by email or WhatsApp and it often took days or even a week before I would get a response if they answered at all! They have an 48 hour cancellation policy, which I tried to do but I didn’t get a reply for a couple of days which meant I was outside of the cancellation time frame. When they did reply I was told my order had shipped. Which it hadn’t and they could not provide me with a shipping number. Extremely frustrating, I thought the company was fake and I had been scammed! After I reported this company to my bank I finally got my order. Not convinced they are real Yeezys, but I refuse to pay the shipping to return them.
Be careful — don’t buy from them. I received fake sneakers that smelled strongly of glue. When I told them they were not authentic, they suggested I spray them with perfume and air them out. The customer service was terrible. I wanted to return them, but they told me I’d have to pay for shipping to China out of my own pocket.
I am very pleased with the purchase. The delivery was within time limit that was said, but unfortunately about 2 hours too late for prom. But nevertheless, very pleased with the purchase. Exactly as expected. Oh yeah, one more thing is the tracking number was always showing in transit and there was no way to show where the parcel was, which put me a little nervous. If tracking would have shown more details, it would have made me feel better. Thanks
