Review Time
I have been waiting for over a month to get my checks. They keep cancelling my order and then tell me some bs excuse why I was not contacted. It has been 4 times they have screwed up. I hope I get my checks so I can pay my bills after 2 months of jerking me around. Not impressed with their customer service. I was generous on giving one star and hope they can do what they say they’re going to do.
The last 4 times I ordered checks, the account number was wrong, even though I specifically entered and called with the info. Customer service has been good to get me the corrected checks in a semi-fast fashion, but each time I was told the problem had been corrected. I wish Deluxe would provide what the customer orders from the get go. Who better knows the correct account number?.
