Low-quality paper the checks are printed on!

There is a very Low-quality feel to the paper the checks are printed on! Compared to my previously ordered years back with Deluxe, I feel the quality of this product has been cheapened a bit but still remained at the same price.

Very disappointed with the most recent…

Very disappointed with the most recent order (10/02/24). The paper quality is getting worse and worse with each consecutive order. The last batch of checks do not look like the prior batch that was ordered for that company. There was a decorative trim around the actual check and this last batch does not have that. I seriously doubt that we will place another order. Moving on to another company.

Deposit slips debacle

I ordered deposit slips for my savings account, which I had to order by phone. The service rep *insisted* that there had to be zeros in front of the six-digit account number, despite my bank informing her there were none. So the deposit slips came with two zeros in front of the account number, and the bank's system will not scan them. They also bear a code number 10, which is incorrect. So I paid $98.32 for a bunch of deposit books I can't use. Instead of telling a bank what its own account number is, perhaps you should let them tell you. Also it would have been helpful if the sales rep had taken credit card payment when the order was made. Instead I got a rapid-fire series of loan shark-like emails seeking payment, like I was some delinquent.

The check design was changed

The check design was changed. The border was removed. The appearance of the checks seems less professional than before. The checks had a slight curl. It was as if Deluxe was trying to conserve on ink but charge for the same quality as before the change.
